Jayden & Duncan's Birthday Party

This year I combined the boys birthday parties.

With the move coming up and not knowing the state of everything - I

decided to have a combined birthday party for them at Pump It Up.

I was so thankful that I decided to do it this way.

It was so EASY and not HOT -

which were two big high points for where we are in life and the time of year!

(maybe in michigan it will be easier to have summer bdays outside?)

Alice got the cakes and as usual they were ADORABLE.

 Jayden was real specific about what he wanted -

a basketball on one white white icing and a football on another with chocolate icing - 

so that is what he got :)

 I think campbell thought it was her party as well b/c she was in the middle of everything 

 I have tons of pics of the people and the kids having fun :)

Such a fun time!

So thankful we did the party there -

the only negative was the bad GI bug that got spread there -

i think almost everyone was affected :(

Art Camp

Our church hosted an Art Camp in June for the kids.

I signed all 3 up because it was such a good activity and it was nice that they all could go

and I would only have Barron for the mornings ;)

Little did  I know - it would be such a HIT!

They loved it so much -

I sent them back for the second week!

It was so cute b/c on the last day they had an art show

and they displayed all of their art work for us to see.

They were SO proud :)

 campbell didn't want to get her picture taken -

but her teachers said that she did a really good job

and that she really thrived with art!

so cool b/c the word that we felt like God gave us before she was born

was "creative beauty"  

so neat to see small glimpses of that at such a young age 

so thankful for their sweet teachers that invested in them the past two weeks 

it was such a blessing in so many ways!

Duncan's 4th Birthday

On June 18th we got to celebrate our sweet Duncan

turning 4!

I have wanted to have a tradition where we have "breakfast cake" every morning of 

a special day in our families lives but

this year has been a little crazy with having our house on the market

and getting ready to move -

so i have gotten donuts instead.

I don't think the kids mind :)

 He loved being celebrated.

 I have had all the presents on the table with their breakfast treat -

so he got to open them after eating breakfast!

 He really wanted a "real" catchers helmet 

So thankful for this boy!

He is such a joy and has such a sweet, tender, compassionate,

heart!

He is full of life and always on the go!

We love you Duncan and are so thankful for the man of God you are!

May your fourth year be the best one yet!
